"Don’t work for these guys!!! They’ll tell you that they care about you and want to see you succeed but in reality all they want to do is use you for their own personal benefit. The owners take profits from their company and spend it on their own personal life like boats, rvs, cars, houses and anything else they feel like they “need”. The shops are unsafe and outdated with tools and machinery that break every other week and don’t get fixed. If working for a broke and unsafe shop, an employer who cares about nobody but themselves, and in an environment where you feel you’re never going to grow or succeed, then RSG Off-road and RSG Metalworks are the right choice. Otherwise, work literally anywhere else."
