"No advancement. Some managers are intimidated by their direct reports, especially if their direct reports know more than they do. Instead of learning from their direct report they make it hard for that direct report in hopes that they leave the company."

"Grow up. Get in the trenches with your people sometimes."

"Annual review process requires overhaul and negative comments can be avoided with proper training of Supervisors to provide praise and constructive feedback throughout the year for optimal performance."
