3.2 I worked here for almost 4 full years, and for the most part I learned a lot and was paid well. However I had to earn every penny of the salary, by dealing with the owners, their antiquated policies, procedures and though process and other corporate drama on a DAILY basis. You will get written up for the dumbest things, just so the owners and show you who is in control. Not to mention as a salaried employee, you were expected to work in the warehouse for two days of the coldest party of the year (late January) to count inventory of a massive warehouse that is really the job of hourly wage workers.
