"I do not have any dislike about the company, I enjoyed working there. However, it is people that might deter from the company vision and mission. For that I would say that bias in people is what I do not like. I do not like when people make decision without hearing the real issues or both sides of the story. There is always 3 sides to a story the defendant's, the plaintiff and the truth. Bias virtue can never help with the truth of a story or incident."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggestions would be first to believe in their employees and let give them a chance to learn. Provide more training opportunities for people to grow within the company's structure."
