"Good company when working for them under the the "Greenfield" project in Chester, SC. Safety is high priority, but the plant start up is draining the life out of employees trying to make this plant successful (corporate believes they are supportive in getting plant up and running)but they are not. Pay was fair for this area, if not higher. The biggest drawback for this company is the centralized Corporate control out of the Oregon office. Plant employees cannot make decisions for day-to-day, everything is centralized, payroll, logistics, AR/AP, even customer service, and there is no empowerment, or motivation for employees to stay."
