"They would not solve workflow process problems, too much work too few people, poor IT system, poor organization, did not understand what they were hiring, secret owner meetings, toxic personalities, poor direction, no policy procedures or guidelines, did not understand the position,"

"I would not pay lip service, I would implement sound ideas of employees, I would not let accounting make all the choices, I would empower the employees more, I would not hide plans I would make these a collaborative effort and involve the employees."
