Working at Roll Global in Los Angeles, CA: 3 Employee Reviews

Systems Administrator

"I worked at Roll during a period of high growth in the 00s. During that time there were a lot of growing pains and battles especially in the IT department. It did not make for a healthy work environment and morale was very low."

Executive Assistant to the CFO

"Good place as a stepping stone (if you can last), and leave in good terms."

What do you like about working at Roll Global?

"benefits and salary are great, but beware of annual review of salaries and bonuses, the man upstairs only believes in 3% total (meaning cost of living and merit). Make sure you get your bonus and increases in your work contract."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Avoid any job that has direct contact with the owners (wife) of the company. Latinos proceed at your own risk. This place is not very culturally diverse..."

What don't you like about working at Roll Global?

"No job security, high rate of turn over. Secret firings.... you won't see it coming a mile away(Unless everyone including your boss, and the VP of Human Resources refuses to look at you or speak a work to you) Not much ethnic diversity in work force. Poor Latino and African American representation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None that would actually matter, the overall sentiment is that all people are replaceable. If you are not liked by a higher up, it really doesn't matter how well you do your job. Most likely this won't change because the company culture is managed by the owners."

Vice President

"Great company and products. CFO left after I was on job for 8 weeks, impacted my position."
