The innovativeness and collaborative nature across product teams has decreased since our company went from a C++ software toolkit company to a mergers and acquisitions revenue based company. Going from a start-up thinking company to a corporate thinking company has not helped the morale, innovation or collaboration within the company. I would not recommend Rogue Wave."

"Well intentioned upper management has let acquisition fever overcome better judgement on true growth strategies. Failure to assess, define, and just listen to the new opportunities that an acquisition provides. Rapid assimilation seems the only priority. Pity."
