"I've worked for Rogue Wave for over a decade. There have been many changes over the years. The innovativeness and collaborative nature across product teams has decreased since our company went from a C++ software toolkit company to a mergers and acquisitions revenue based company. Going from a start-up thinking company to a corporate thinking company has not helped the morale, innovation or collaboration within the company. I would not recommend Rogue Wave."
