"This is a great place to work. You get to meet a lot of awesome people, but unfortunately management is not the best. They pretend to care about you concerns and safety but do absolutely nothing to change things. I love the pay, but it is not worth my safety. I love my co workers, but like I said before it's not worth my safety or sanity. I believe if Rogers had security it would be a much safer environment. Or they could just stop admitting all these dangerous patients."
