"None. I had great interviews and came out of the gate running. New management meant a new vision contrary to mine."
What don't you like about working at Rogers Corp.?
"My boss was let go and my new boss had a different vision that my previous. Due to this, I was laid off shortly following my boss. It was very disconcerting."

"Do what you say and say what you do. Be open to suggestion even if it comes from a former employee."
