"I worked for Rodl for more than one year. The firm is at least 50 years behind in how they treat employees, especially females. Turnover is extremely high, which tells the story. Health insurance is not the best, and dental and vision are embarrassing for a firm this size. They need to separate audit and tax. Partners are allowed to be abusive."
