In this position, I am responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a 250+ home office staff as facilitator of all staffing strategy, pre-event on boarding and trainings, team building, escalations and troubleshooting, and all other employee operational needs to provide an exceptional experience for all with whom I work.
