Submit a Review"Being a Regional Employee Relations Manager has little downside to it, at least in my opinion. I cover 16 terminals across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, and have a broad range of responsibilities. The job changes daily with new issues be brought to my attention, working out new reports, traveling around to each facility, and meeting people from all walks of life and helping them achieve their career goals. This job keeps you sharp and ready for the unexpected as you never know what the next task might be and, when dealing in the HR world, no one situation can fit into the box of another. I highly recommend this job to anyone who enjoys a fast paced and ever changing role."
