"Some co-workers are not nice and do not have good behavior when working together for sharing technical information, practicing team work, helping each other making job done on time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead for separate each division of one department (PCB Designer, Checker...) one checker should sit at the same row with PCB Designers and working with them from the beginning of each job/project to reduce the errors right away better than doing it at the end of job done. That will reduce the repair job/project time, make job done fast and team more strong."

"It was located in a good area, close to the freeway, and there were some good people that worked there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I was warned by other engineers not to go there. They (RC) lured me in by offering me a large increase in salary and a better job title. In retrospect, neither were worth it. My advice is to stay aware from this company."
What don't you like about working at Rockwell Collins?
"The management I worked with was very poor. Therefore, the program I was working on was run very poorly and everyone suffered because of this. The management lacked leadership skills. Because of this, many good engineers left the company."

"It seems to be the company philosophy that needs adjustment. Otherwise, management will never change. From what I've heard, its been like this for a while now."
