"As years went by, the growth of the company was not in accordance with the organizational structure. The growth was as a result of being a low-cost facility, with efficient professionals.Many associates reported to various supervisors, local and international, and the ambiguity harmed the quality of the results and the organization.The hard workers individuals ended-up being burned, instead of supported."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"-Listen to the associates. No one but the one actually doing the job, knows about the pros and cons.-Balance work, do not burn the most dedicated employees.-Plan, listen, communicate, involve."
