Rockmount/Nassau Employee

"After interviewing with Rockmount's National Sales Director, I thought I was going to work for an upstanding company. The training was hap-hazard at best, the field training promised during the interview consisted of the Sales Director riding with me for one day making sales. It was good to see how he made sales; but, that is where the training stopped. The customer list promised two weeks after training never materialized and all 3 new reps were terminated 28 days after the start at Rockmount. My experience with Rockmount proved to me that the company has excellent products, kind office staff, but others in the company will make promises to you in the interview and then not deliver on those promises after the training. I was very disappointed with some people in this organization"
