"I liked that Rockline was small when I started there and I had the opportunity to help develop many of the processes within my department. I also liked that it was a family. I respect the people that are there."

"They should be creative and hard working. They should not expect to be working at a company that is stagnant."

"They grew faster than management was prepared to handle. They are good people and will win out in the end."
