"The face-paced environment made the day go by quick, great benefits, a boss that didn't breath down my neck, and the beautiful campus."

"The politics, the amount of brown-nosing that went on and how it was well received.The fact that my other colleagues didn't do their jobs correctly which affected how I could do my work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My former manager was a nice guy, but he gives in too much to his employees, and isn't that great at managing."
