"Having worked in industry for several years I have this company to be one of the better ones. Benefits are on par with other industry leaders but the company does close down for holidays. Depending on your department moving up is difficult, where, most individuals work in Operations for a year and then jump to development the moment they can."

"I worked for Roche Sequencing solutions for six months. It was a great experience; there was a lot of hands-on learning and support from upper management to get our job done. It was a fast pace environment where we needed to meet hard set deadlines to help push forward the development of a new product. I relied on constant communication and support from our team to get the job."
"Good Company, Great People!"
"Confusing management demands."
"After working here for many years, I consistently had good experiences as well as the challenges that come with any large corporation. Could it be better Sure. But it really seems large strides have been made over the years making it a place very enjoyable to work overall."
