3.1Fair company to work for, management sucks, especially the assistant to the plant manager. We used to have an awesome open door policy, that's gone since our last president of the company retired. Once you hit 10 years don't expect to get a raise till you pass 15 years. Other ready mix companies pay more, unlike what corporate tells drivers. Go with Holiday or Cemex, make this your last and only choice left! LOL
4.4I have worked for Robertson's Ready Mix for over 16 years. They provide great benefits and a very open door atmosphere. There is an unlimited opportunity for advancement, the company president started as a mixer driver and the vice president as a yard maintenance guy. They have a very generous overtime policy as well.
3.5Robertson's is a well-oiled machine when it comes to cement. But the IT department has something lacking; maybe it's the multiple leaders, but I had a tough time getting a grasp on where the department was heading. My position was unclear about 50% of the time. But they are good people and they're trying their absolute best.
