"I was posted out to the Northern Territories for them and pretty much took care of all their account in my territory."

"Their work load varies significantly and they tend to lay off employees alot. I was never laid off."
What don't you like about working at Road Machinery?
"They were a little too interested in writing a good story for the service report. It is best to be honest with your customers, everyone can appreciate the truth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Shop supervisor sometimes lacked proper knowledge but instead of getting it for you he just hung up the phone. After I left he was demoted back to shop mechanic, he did this to all the field techs."
