"I would suggest making sure you understand that every two years you are subject to dismissal without warning."

What don't you like about working at Republican National Committee?

"When you are hired on, you are set with the expectation of a long career. However, that was not the case. Every 2 years you are essentially fired and rehired if the new chairman sees fit to rehire you."

"I would suggest changing the way the '2 year cycle' works."
