"I enjoy the flexibility and autonomy. I enjoy my co-workers and the philosophy of the company which is to make the most of every day. I also enjoy feeling as though I'm making a difference in people's lives."

"You must be flexible and willing to go with the flow because there are alot of frequent changes in this company."

What don't you like about working at LifePath Hospice?

"Sometimes the administrative staff makes decisions that affect the staff without first asking their opinion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ask the staff for more input before making decisions."
