What do you like about working at GENEX Services?
"I loved the home office independence and team work. I really enjoyed the culture, co-workers and the excellent support I received. Unfortunately there was not enough case work to support all of the case managers."

What do you like about working at Catholic Hospice?
"I loved it at the beginning - don't cross them - they are very vendictive"
What don't you like about working at Aseracare Hospice?
"40+ hrs a week and then be on call for 7 days - way too much."
What do you like about working at APS Healthcare?
"I was alone working telephonically being an advocate for my patients. I enjoyed the positive relationships I had with discharge planners, MD offices, home health, state employees and my clients."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Obtain and maintain good positive relationships with agencies you will collaborate with and staff members."
What don't you like about working at APS Healthcare?
"There were 2 nurses (ChulI Pechulis and Kim Shafer) who were not very nice to work with. They had the personality where they would succeed being nurses in prison. Other staff members did not like them either because they were rude and disrespectful in a professional working environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest management listen to staff more. Management has a tendency to talk without listening to the needs and concerns of staff members. Management should also make attempts to see to the needs of all staff members."

"Developing realtionship with patients and their families, being able to make positive changes in the quality of life they experienced prior to their death."

"Be open and honest, yet firm with the time committment you can make after hours and then stand by that."
What don't you like about working at AmHeart Hospice?
"Inconsistent enforcement of basic nursing care to some employees. On call was mandatory and frequent, taking away from family time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Enforce standards of care for all patients to all employees, nurses and cnas alike. A team approach between the rns and cnas would greatly benefit the patiens and their families."
