RL Studio Employee

"I’ve worked at RL Studio / Regency Lighing for 6 years. It’s a good place to learn about the world of lighting and the people are great. Having said that, ownership is old school and the overall compensation leaves much to be desired. This place is a stepping stone on one’s path to ultimate success in the lighting industry."
