"No room for advancement in terms of positions and not a large pay band to compensate for lack of positions."

"On average I do not have anything to advise them that I have not already advised. They may need to look at their pay bands for all employees."

"I liked being challenged and given responsibilities beyond my experience at the time. I also enjoyed the secrecy of the position and working on confidential projects. It was a great stepping stone to get into the world of IT."

"Be ready to be a jack of all trades."

"The managers were always very stressed along with employees with certain positions. I did not have to worry about the same things that they did but they were in a constant state of stress due to lack of job security and being overworked. Many managers work 12 hour days."

"Find a way to cut operational costs so that the employees can be supported better in whatever way the management see's fit."
