"This is a dying company. Their process and product are good, but the competition has a leg up, and they run things better. I would look at WebFilings if you want to be in this field."

"The leadership is heavy-handed, misguided and makes poor business decisions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Step aside and let others run the corporation. Smooth out your workload so that people aren't working 7 days a week, 70 hours. That whole sense of urgency thing (you know who I'm talking about) - it works for short sprints, but you have to get into a normal flow to keep people happy."
