"Be confident in what your talking about and only reason you're in front of them is because they think you can do the job so give them your 1000% and dazzle them."

What don't you like about working at Riverside Energy Center?

"Since coming out of Bankruptcy, the morale had been broken through out the company, so that needed boost and present mgmt was lacking in that area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Boost morale and cost cutting is not the answer to all the monetary issues."
