What do you like about working at Rite Aid?

"There is no sense of team with you field staff. Everyone seems to be on different pages all of the time and they are all out for themselves and their own growth."

"I would not look for a career at Rite Aid as there is no direct process like other organizations follow."

What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?

"I loved the training sessions that were put on from the training department once a month and the guidance that I would receive from my direct leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Build a different foundation of field management. There are too many chiefs, there should be one leader over the store, not a PDM, HRM and LPM. CVS has this right making the District Manager manage them as well."

"Great employer, I have been treated fairly through out my career. Day to day operations offer many challenges that add depth to my experience."

"Rite aid is a great company to work for as a pharmacist. Bring in your great ideas and you will be able to advance."

What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?

"Over all company operations. And corporate not having any true plans to pay off the company debits to become more competitive."

"Continue building a loyal, proactive team that would bring new ideas to the overall operations of Rite Aid."
