"The work was good, allowed me to network into some great companies."

"Don't bother. The company has internal issues and the owner has a terrible business hygiene."

What don't you like about working at RiskWatch?

"The CEO was a problem, she promised things to customers that couldn't' be delivered."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change your software. Get away from Paradox, use a real database."

"RiskWatch is in financial dire straights and the owner lacks integrity, unfortunately."

"I'm not micro-managed and I have a flexible schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview at your own risk. She will tell you one thing and do another. Even if you are hired and she signs an employment agreement, it's only as good as the paper it's written. She does not tell the truth and she has zero integrity."

What don't you like about working at RiskWatch?

"The CEO/Owner lacks integrity and is in deep debt. She is consistently late (by as much as two weeks) with our pay and she is not paying her required taxes. I worry on a daily basis whether I will have a job or not the next day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You have a great product that is in demand and is selling in spite of how you run your company. Sell it to someone who knows how to manage a business."
