"I've worked at RMS since 2012, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my time. I get along with my team like family, and the company provides the resources and career path for advancement. The company culture strikes a healthy balance of a traditional workplace with modern ideals. However, the teams are a bit too disjointed, and most in the company question the road-map set forth by upper management. I hope this is just temporary and the company finds its way through the mist once again."
