"The commute into work is short and the traffic tends to be moderate."

"It's all smoke and mirrors. It's like the Wizard of Oz - pull open the curtain and you're meant with disappointment. The company use to have a great image, but those days are long gone. Do yourself a favor and look some where else."

What don't you like about working at Research In Motion?

"I don't feel like I have job security. The company is undergoing a re-organization and people are being randomly layed-off, that is, its not based on merit but which department you're working at. The lay offs continue although quietly and secretively. The people at Research In Motion of some of most cold and careless people I've met. I didn't know what an ugly Canadian was until I started to work for RIM."

"I would try to be the best mentor possible by understanding the needs and talents of the employee. I would towards addressing the employees needs and exploiting the employees talents."
