"I have worked for Right Direction for 10 years. This is a secondary position for me as their work is on an as needed, case by case basis. The work can be challenging (working with at-risk adolescents with behavioral health struggles) but also very rewarding. Each case is somewhat different which makes it exciting, some are short and some are very long. I feel that this company is the best in this industry (I have worked for a couple other ones) as they handle virtually all of the logistics for each case and provide a great IT platform to make my work easier. They have provided me with a corporate AMEX for case expenses and I have 24/7 office support. They definitely make you pass a background and driver's license check which wasn't a problem for me. They do pay overtime and you are covered under their professional liability (they even post their policy on their website) and worker's comp policy. If you are not into lots of traveling, which can be a grind, working in this industry is not for you."
