"Horrible place to work. The company is losing money and it has many problems because the products are bad. This is the fault of senior management who tried to increase profitability by cutting back on salaries, Q&A and investment in new technology. People leave and are not replaced because the head office policy is for any company losing money to aggressively cut costs. Also, there are countless reports that have to be done so you can expect to work seven days a week. Finally, senior management always finds a way to blame the people who report to them."

What don't you like about working at Ricon Corp.?

"There is currently a reorganization going on and my position is being eliminated. I believe this is a really bad idea and the reason they have lost so much money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"longer discovery periods to fully identify all project requirements and other opportunities"

"Knowing the product and helping the wheelchair users get aroung easier."

"Know how to design of hydraulics systems, sheet metal, cast, extrusions, mold and plastic components."

"The constant change was mind numbing and counter productive. Initiatives were never given the opportunity to take hold. Management lacked constancy and focus."

"Take care of your employees and have more long term vision. This was a company with history but short-sightedness of management has limited its future."

"The company is slowly going into BK. There is not a growing company. Many unethical people working there."

"The company is poorly managed. Buyers stealing and accepting kickbacks from suppliers."

"I was surrounded by engineers who truly cared about what they were doing. It was a great feeling to be able to design a part in the engineering building, then see it made in front of you, in the factory."

"Know your stuff because you will be working with high caliber people."

"Sadly, the pay just didn't suffice my expenses of the time. Needed to pay back my loans, and couldn't if I stayed there."
