They offer opportunities for continuous learning and career development, and their management team really cares about their people. I am concerned about the business prospects of the Boulder control unit development group in the long term, but I wish them well."

"A few really good co-workers, and some interesting problems. That doesn't make up for a crazy schedule always or clue-free executive team."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. Well, ok if you really need a job pronto."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Micro-management from Japan. HR that only backs up management no matter what. Lack of respect for senior people. All decision made by executive team and almost none by senior engineers. Rude and usually clue-free management and HR."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None for management. I would advise the investors to not run with sunk costs and to salt the earth."
