"They were able to provide national training, but locally were undergoing a merger and lacked organization."

"I had a very good sales manager in the past. He taught me how to sell. He has been promoted out."

"show them you can cold call and they will take you in."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"They have terrible territorial problem. Other reps sell into your territory all the time."

"Less paperwork, more selling."

"We bought out Ikon,not vice-versa. Give every rep the same commission costs for quoting to be more competitive. Put a full-time manager in my office"

"I would recommend this job if you really need money in your pockets and cannot find anything else."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"Management is always breathing in your neck, unfair treatment. You have to share almost all your commission with some of the managers and employees. Knowingly they give you the worst territory to work on."

"stop treating your employees like cattle. Let them breath."

"The whole company treated their employees with great respect! They provide excellent training its just great as a whole company."

"Do not interview with this company. Go anywhere else - ANYWHERE - sell pencils on the street, just don't go with Ricoh - If you do, you will be sorry."

"I do not have enough space on this page to list everything. This company sucks ! - At all cost stay away ! - I have turned in my termination notice already. I have worked in sales for 20 + years. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Bad attitudes from top to bottom. Bad... Very Bad."
