"Nothing, all lies. They are paronoid, want to micro manage everything, constant power and money hungrey managment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dont trust the smiles, they are wolf in sheep clothing. Avoid this company at all cost if possible, poor pay, poor working enviroment, over worked, selfish administrators and senior medical staff on a power trip. Check the local hospital, they offer a better working enviroment with better pay. AVOID at ALL Cost, expecially foreign doctors who are locked in for years. It will be years of abuse."

What don't you like about working at Robeson Health Care Corp.?

"Fraud, health care is about helping patients not allowing allot of fat cat administrators use the concept of rural health to get grants, state funds to get big jobs, salary for themself and families."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to step back, allow the providers to do their jobs of helping the patients, supply the equipment need to do so."
