"Get things in writing, Do not thrust the HR department. If you are a foreign doctor on a J-1/H-1 visa and need to do a waiver, this is NOT the place to be. It will be J-1 slavery."
What don't you like about working at Robeson Health Care Corp.?
"Burecratic, No freedom to work. Being dictaed to by incompitent managers. Numerous meetings, where your suggestions are blown off, belittled, dictated how to work, everything wrong is your fault. High percentage of narcotic seeking patients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get out of the buisness and turn the company over to MBA to run, folk with some people skill."
