"If you don't have lots of flexibility in your life this isn't the job for you!"

What don't you like about working at RGIS?

"Unfortunately RGIS looks at their people as being disposable. Having been a Training Manager prior to my resignation lots of new initiatives were put in to place but in a lot of cases there wasn't much follow up to ensure that they were in fact implemented and people held accountable to that end."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just take a more sincere interest in the well-being of each and every employee from top to bottom. Especially bottom."
