"The company had a hard time paying its 1099 employees, for several weeks at a time. Certain employees have taken credit for other employees ideas. The company takes advantage of using employee vehicles for company business with no compensation. No type of real loyalty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I understand that this is a small company, but there have been a few mistakes that potentially could put the company reputation at risk. Primarily issues regarding employee conduct/background Checks. However, I feel that we are chasing customers instead of the other way around. In my opinion, I would develop a real product and use my current High End customer to test it. Employ some of the latest technologies when developing my product. Use a professional product developer to interface with said customer and engage someone who specializes in taking the business to the next level. A good number 2 person, specifically in the technical area of the business."
