"My dislikes are: upper management, no room for growth, ridiculous policies, stringent and restrictive, and they don't value employees."

"Value employees and recognize their work. Employee review cycles are a joke and only hurt the morale of employees - putting Needs Improvement on numerous areas of a review just so you can justify low salaries"
