"In the beginning there is big focus on training. There are many aspects of the position as far as what you could encounter on the phone and how to overcome them. I learned a ton during this time. The position itself is goal driven. You have to meet certain benchmarks on a weekly basis. That is demanding at times but expected. Overall, they prepare you for the work you are expected to perform and those expectations are clear from the beginning."
