"In the beginning there is big focus on training. There are many aspects of the position as far as what you could encounter on the phone and how to overcome them. I learned a ton during this time. The position itself is goal driven. You have to meet certain benchmarks on a weekly basis. That is demanding at times but expected. Overall, they prepare you for the work you are expected to perform and those expectations are clear from the beginning."

"I worked with TRG for 2.5 years before having to move. It was good experience for me. Learned how to utilize different avenues for marketing campaigns across the country. Dealt with vendors to coordinate seminars for advisors. Scheduled and maintained the seminars and the workflow utilized to trigger certain tools to market the seminar. My coworkers were great. The responsibility was too much at times and the stress I felt was quite overwhelming sometimes. All in all it was enjoyable."
