"I love working with customers. Potential customers and clients always look for us to provide the best service possible and I do that with such respect and treat all of my tasks and duties in a timely manner. What I hate about being a retention associate is not giving a direct answer within an even shorter time frame. Sometimes a task may be too big but although I know the protocol on where I can refer this issue, I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours rather than give an answer immediately"
