"I could never know when my co workers can take my sales if my customers come in on my off day."

"Having more leadership at the store specially at the time of the company closing."

"Our management team was constantly changing and they refused to promote one of the 4 of us in the store already."

"Don't micro manage your senior reps who do most of the work."

"The team that I worked with was great. that was the only thing that I really enjoyed."

"be yourself. they like that!"
What don't you like about working at US Cellular?
"The management was terrible and you felt watched all the time. I was there for only 3 months and was fired because I was telling the truth to a manager. it's a pretty long story, but, the manager ended up being fired for harrassment. I couldn't get my job back."
