"Promises are often made but seldom kept. During an interview, I'd get as much in writing in the offer letter as possible."

What don't you like about working at Retail Anywhere?

"Most of the employees are related by blood or marriage, which makes it really hard to be an outsider and watch promotions happen because of family status, not skill."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The managers have never been trained on how to manage (with the exception of 2 non-family members who are actually great managers) - they should invest on training family members so that they aren't promoted beyond their skill set."
