"The demands on every position is unreasonable. The company is very cheap. All of their systems are out dated which demands more labor work. The pay is very low. I strongly disagree with the averages posted on this site."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would first update all systems so that the branch managers can effectively run the stores and would not have to be so demanding. Restaurant Depot over works and under pays their employees. They expect one person to do the job of three. Even the branch managers run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Second I would enforce polices of professionalism on managers. Managers in the company including corporate is very rude and disrespectful. I could go on for days!!"
