"I have worked at Resource for over 3 years and there has been a change in the culture of the agency. This used to be the cool place to work, and now it feels as though they can't seem to keep good quality employees. And the ones who have not left are being overworked and terribly underpaid. They really want to be on the level of some of the larger, more well known agencies, but are not willing to do what it takes to be there."
"Awesome company. Awesome CEO."
"Not a fun place to be"
What do you like about working at Resource Interactive?
"Not much."
What don't you like about working at Resource Interactive?
"People talk more about how to do work than actually doing it. The place is way too process-oriented. People are cliquey and there are favorites, as many people there say. This means there are people who are allowed to be different and it is accepted, whereas others must conform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The upper management should be more involved because the mid-level management is really messing things up."
"Work environment is good, but pay is below industry standards."
