"Horrible! I dont recommend it to anyone"

What do you like about working at ResortQuest?

"The pay was fairly decent, the job was not all that difficult and great benefits"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My interview was pretty standard. They asked questions about your past jobs, why you left, etc. They'll ask why you want to work there. I interviewed with them them ten years ago so I'm not sure how the interview process is now"

What don't you like about working at ResortQuest?

"I had a great experience with the company until 2011. At that time, we got a new supervisor who determined that she did not like me. She treated me very poorly. After going to both the reservation manager and general manager and neither one of them taking me seriously, I filed a complaint with corporate. They assured me an investigation would be done, which it was. However, I suspect the management was coaching other employees on what to say when questioned by corporate. The investigation results were that she did nothing wrong and they made it seem as if the way she treated me was completely justified. Shortly afterward, the write ups started coming one after the other. I had never written up in 8 years and now I was being written up constantly. I forgot to clock in one day so they looked up my time clock and accused me of being late. I was accused of being on facebook. Even though I showed my manager my internet history, she claimed she had a reliable source that saw me on facebook. I was accused of sleeping at my desk. There were several other things I was written up for. Nearly everything was blown out of proportion or just completely false. Eventually I was placed under investigation to be considered for termination but I just went ahead and quit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen to employees and take them seriously when they come to you with a complaint"
